Still to confirm

Overall measured footprint, wall offsets, column radii and frontage dimensions. The traced envelope is approximately 373 sq ft using the cooler callout as scale, while the plan title block states 445 sq ft net. These do not reconcile; a dimensioned site survey is needed before treating the overall model as accurate.
Window-counter finish and exact dimensions.
QBD, cooler and other equipment cut sheets. Cooler roof plant is indicative. The pop cooler now uses the scope’s nominal 4 ft width; height, depth and revised service-line spacing need equipment confirmation.
